Open your Google Business Profile in a browser, find the Get more reviews box and click Share review form. The pop-up that appears holds the short review link for your business.
Install the free NFC Tools app, choose Write, add a Custom URL / URI record, paste your review link, then hold the phone against the card or stand until the app reports a successful write.
